About Searching

The following search options are available:

• Author: Keyword search of authors' names.
• Title/Short Title: Keyword search of both the short and full title of works in the collection.
• Comments and Notes: Keyword search of narrative comments and other notes about the works in the collection.
• Goff Number: Keycharacter search of the Goff numbers in the collection; please enter the Goff number in the following format "X-####", e.g. B-0134. Include leading zeros to create a four digit number.
• Imprint (includes City): Keyword search of date of publication, printer, and city of publication. NOTE: City searches use the modern anglicized names of the cities.
• Anywhere in Record: Keyword search of all of the above fields.

You may also limit your search to display only those items that have associated images.

Additionally, you may select "Show All Images" to view thumbnail versions of all images currently in the collection.
